Enhanced Home Services offers an all-around excellent approach to providing services. Your personalized service plan will encompass everything within our capabilities to keep you at home.
We begin by having our Administrator work in conjunction with you and those close to you to assess your needs. During your free in home assessment, you tell us what type of services you are looking for. Our job is to listen to you and help put together a complete plan to ensure your independence at home. Once the level of care or companionship you will receive is determined, we then discuss the extent of services you wish to receive.
Whether it is a short 2-hr visit, hourly services, or 24-hour care, we will find the caregiver, or team of caregivers, to fulfill your wishes. And, as always, we will adapt to your needs. If your level of needs increase or decrease, we will gladly re-assess your situation and alter the service plan at no charge!
At Enhanced Home Services, we treat the caregiver matching process with the utmost importance. Our services are provided by the most compassionate and knowledgeable caregivers around! We understand our caregivers are the face of the company, which is why we have a detailed screening process and hire only those who go above and beyond to meet our client’s needs. To ensure our caregivers understand your level of care, they are given the chance to review your service plan and special requests prior to independently providing services. We also give you the client the opportunity to meet the caregiver to make certain it is a perfect fit!
